GPEI operates defined 90-day execution cycles within a cross-border professional cohort. Fellows register specific commitments at cycle opening. Progress is evaluated at scheduled intervals. A written output summary is issued at cycle close.
The Institute administers a formal accountability procedure across cohort cycles. Commitments are registered, evaluated at scheduled intervals, and assessed at cycle close. The same procedure applies to every Fellow and every cycle.
Entry is by application. The Institute assesses professional standing, the specificity of proposed commitments, and a candidate's capacity to participate in a defined review cycle before admitting to a cohort.
Each Fellow records specific, assessable professional commitments at cycle opening. Commitments that cannot be evaluated against observable output are returned for revision before the cycle proceeds.
Progress is evaluated at fixed fortnightly intervals in the presence of the full cohort and Institute coordinator. Each session is conducted against the commitment register, not against self-reported summaries.
At cycle close, the Institute produces a written performance summary for each Fellow. It records commitments made, output delivered, and the variance between the two.
Admission is conditional on professional standing, the specificity of registered commitments, and the Institute's assessment of a candidate's capacity for cycle participation. Cohort capacity is limited. The cycle opens 1 June 2026.
