The GPEI Fellowship operates across three defined phases within a 90-day cycle. Each phase has a specific procedural function. Attendance at all scheduled review sessions is required. Non-attendance is recorded.
The Fellowship does not deliver instruction or content. It applies a structured accountability procedure to commitments that each Fellow documents at cycle opening. Those commitments are assessed at fortnightly review intervals. Variance between commitment and output is recorded.
Each cycle runs for 90 days. Cohort composition is cross-border. The procedure is identical for all Fellows; the content of each Fellow's documented commitments is their own.
Fellows document three to five professional commitments for the cycle period. Each commitment must be specific and assessable against observable output. Commitments that are general, vague, or not evaluable are returned for redrafting. The Institute records accepted commitments before Phase 02 begins. These records are the basis for all subsequent review.
Fortnightly review sessions are scheduled and attendance is required. Each Fellow reports against documented commitments. The Institute coordinator facilitates review against the record; cohort members assess reported progress. Review sessions are not discussion forums. They are structured accountability procedures. Absences are noted in the institutional record.
At cycle close, the Institute produces a written output summary for each Fellow. The summary records commitments documented at Phase 01, output delivered across the cycle, attendance at scheduled review sessions, and the variance between commitment and result. The summary is issued to the Fellow as a formal institutional record.
Fellows must document specific professional commitments that can be evaluated against observable output. The Institute does not accept commitments framed as intentions, values, or areas of focus.
Attendance at fortnightly review sessions is a condition of participation, not a preference. Absences are recorded in the cycle output summary. Repeated non-attendance may result in withdrawal from the cycle.
Review sessions require Fellows to report against the record established in Phase 01. Reporting is assessed against documented commitments, not against adjusted or revised versions of them.
The June 2026 cycle opens 1 June 2026. Applications are reviewed against the Institute's admission criteria. Cohort places are finite. The Institute does not operate rolling admission. Applications submitted after 30 April 2026 will not be considered for this cycle.
